Some accounts are too new, too quiet, or too private to judge. Vetall says so rather than inventing a score. The same applies to deleted and suspended accounts, and to anyone who has asked not to be assessed.

Yes, on the Analyst plan. Tell Vetall your concern, for example buying tickets, hiring, or dating, and the rubric re-weights around it.

A full read of an account's public history, costing 3 checks because it runs a deeper and more expensive analysis.

Reports are saved and re-reading one is free. A fresh run adds a version, and the latest 10 per account are kept, so you can compare how an account or your own weighting changed over time.

A check is spent only when Vetall reads a profile from scratch. A normal check costs 1, and a deep dive costs 3.

Cached badges are free and never spend a check, on every plan including Free. Browsing a busy thread full of accounts other people have already vetted costs you nothing.

Free gives 7 checks, once, not per month. Scout gives 150 a month and Analyst gives 500 a month.

Your monthly allowance resets with your billing date, not on the first of the month.

No. Each billing period starts fresh, and anything unused at the end of it does not carry forward. Changing plan mid-period does not reset the counter either: checks already spent stay spent, and an upgrade simply raises the ceiling for the rest of the period.

Fresh checks stop until your allowance resets or you move up a plan. Cached badges keep working, so Reddit still looks the same for accounts that have already been vetted.

If a check fails on our side, it is returned to your allowance. You are never charged for something Vetall did not deliver.

Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated: you pay only the difference for the rest of the period, and you see the exact amount before you confirm.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you bought until then. You can undo a scheduled downgrade any time before it lands.

On the billing page, two ways. Keep your plan until the period ends and then move to Free, or end it now and have the unused part refunded.

Either way you keep seeing badges at the Free level afterwards. If you change your mind before the period ends, you can resume and nothing is lost.

Yes, inside 14 days. Cancel in that time and you get your money back, less only the checks you have used. If you used none, you get all of it.

A yearly plan gets a fresh 14 days every time it renews, so a renewal you forgot about can always be undone. A monthly plan gets the 14 days when you first subscribe.

After the 14 days you can still cancel any time, and you keep everything you paid for until the period ends. There is no cash refund at that point, which is what lets us offer two months free on the yearly plans.

Nothing is lost straight away. Stripe retries the card over the following weeks, and in the meantime you keep whatever is left of the allowance you already paid for.

Update your card from the billing page and the plan carries on as before. If you would rather stop, you can cancel from the same page and nothing further is charged.

On the billing page, under invoices. Every charge has a receipt you can view or download as a PDF, and you can update your payment method from the same place.

Yes, from your profile. Settle your billing first: cancel any paid plan, and let any refund on its way reach your card. That way nothing keeps charging a card once the account it belonged to is gone.

Both take a minute and need no Vetall account. Contest a verdict to have it re-read, or use the data options to have everything deleted or to object to being assessed.

The verdict and the distilled signals behind it, not the raw posts. Comment text used for an assessment is discarded once the assessment is made.

Their record is deleted and the account stops being assessable, so a badge cannot simply reappear a moment later. Anyone browsing sees nothing for that account rather than a stale verdict.

• Open the toolbar popup and check you are signed in.
• Reload the Reddit tab. The extension only attaches to pages opened after it was installed or updated.
• Check the extension is enabled in your browser's extensions page.
• If you are out of fresh checks, accounts nobody has vetted yet will have no badge until your allowance resets.

Browser settings that clear site data on close, or a strict privacy extension, will drop the sign-in with it. Allowing site data for Vetall usually settles it. If it keeps happening, tell us and include your browser and version.

Give it a minute and reload the billing page: payment confirmation arrives from Stripe a moment after checkout, and the billing page settles the plan when you open it.
